Build the core Xybern workspace, focusing on high-performance data visualization, collaborative reasoning tools, and audit-ready export systems.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the founders to define and execute the AI Workspace roadmap.
• Bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade reliability.
• Own a substantial part of the system, from first design to running in production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React/Next.js and backend systems (Python/Go).
• Experience building complex, data-heavy dashboard interfaces.
• Passion for creating tools that simplify complex reasoning paths.
