Charalambos Theodorou is the Founder and CEO of Xybern, building the control plane for enterprise AI, where every output is verified, governed, and cryptographically traceable.
He leads Xybern's research and product execution across verification engines, deterministic scoring, and immutable provenance systems designed for enterprise-scale AI governance.
With a PhD in AI and a research-to-production mindset, he focuses on reliability: combining proprietary verification models with cryptographic audit trails to eliminate hallucinations and enforce governance at scale.

Before Xybern, Omar spent four years at Salesforce, helping organizations across the Middle East & Africa adopt AI-powered solutions and automation.

Monika leads Marketing at Xybern, bringing a psychology-first approach to positioning, messaging, and growth.
With an MSc. in Forensic Psychology, she focuses on how people evaluate information, decide under uncertainty, and build trust, turning complex AI governance infrastructure into clear, credible narratives for enterprise buyers.
She drives Xybern's brand voice, content strategy, campaigns, and customer insight to shorten sales cycles and strengthen enterprise adoption. She ensures every message reflects Xybern's standard: verification, governance, and traceability.

Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer
Marios Amin is a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer at Xybern, working across product engineering and applied AI to turn advanced capabilities into reliable, scalable features. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Frederick University, and combines hands on software development with an entrepreneurial mindset as the Founder & CEO of OBSRV.
At Xybern, Marios focuses on building end-to-end systems, bridging frontend, backend, and AI integration, while keeping performance, security, and clean architecture at the core. His experience building real products from the ground up makes him a key driver of execution, iteration speed, and engineering quality.

Dr. Muhammad Ali Jamshed is an AI and wireless communications expert with over a decade of experience across academia and industry. He holds a PhD from the University of Surrey and is currently with the University of Glasgow.
He has research affiliations at Stanford University and Kyungpook National University, South Korea. He also serves as Chief Technical Advisor at TEQ-IT Ltd, helping organisations translate advanced AI and connectivity research into scalable, high impact business solutions.
