The Immutable Ledger records every decision in a write-once, tamper-evident history. Each entry is hashed and chained to the one before it, so records cannot be altered, deleted or reordered without detection.
Every decision is hashed and linked to its predecessor. Changing any earlier record would break the chain, which makes silent edits detectable rather than possible.
The ledger holds the full record of what was authorised, escalated or blocked, so the history of an agent's behaviour is always available to look back on.
Because records are signed and chained, they can be verified independently, without trusting the system that produced them.
